Wagyu on Wheels was born from a spark of inspiration and a bar napkin. When founder Christian noticed that her family’s ranch had premium Wagyu beef trimmings going unused, she saw not a problem—but an opportunity. With a simple idea scribbled down late one night, Wagyu on Wheels came to life: a food truck serving mouthwatering Wagyu burgers crafted straight from her family ranch.

Since 2015, Wagyu on Wheels has been rolling through the greater Leander area, serving up unforgettable flavors and hometown hospitality. From juicy Wagyu burgers to crispy chicken sandwiches and fresh vegetarian options, every bite reflects Christian’s passion for quality, creativity, and community.
