About Christian

Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Christian has deep roots in her community and a passion for building creative, people-focused businesses. She came up with the idea for her first company, Wagyu on Wheels, on a bar napkin in 2016 after realizing her family ranch had extra ground Wagyu she could obtain for a low price and turn into a profitable business plan. Since then, she’s continued her entrepreneurial journey—launching Linx Permanent Jewelry in 2023 and co-founding Peptide Supply Co. with her dad in 2024. Now based in Leander, Christian balances her professional life with being a proud mom to her son, Kye. At home, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Eric, their two French bulldogs—Frank and Beans—and their cat, ZaZa. When she’s not working, you’ll often find her tackling a DIY project, staying active with a good workout, or enjoying time out with friends over drinks.

“The single mom of a seven-year-old son says, ‘I take pride in being an independent woman, and I want a legacy to hand down to my son.’ Looking ahead, she says her goal is to build up to three food trucks around Austin while also providing catering for special events. Her ultimate end goal is to eventually own and operate a brick-and-mortar restaurant business.
